To reserve a University Classroom for departmental use or for an event sponsored by a registered student organization, please complete the Room Reservation Form. Departments can reserve TILE Classrooms for events using the TILE Reservation Form. The form should not be used for course offerings.

Schedules

View current classroom schedules via Astra Classroom Viewer.  A help guide has been provided for your reference.  Best results are found with the Chrome browser.  Users must be on campus to view OR logged into the UI VPN to view the classroom calendars.  Only classroom schedules displayed ”live” on MyUI are considered accurate. Future academic terms under development are subject to change without notice.
