Department Reservation Form

To reserve a University Classroom (non-TILE) for a primary use activity (department and course related special events). This form should not be used for course offerings.

To reserve a TILE Classroom for a departmental event. The form should not be used for course offerings. TILE Essentials Training is required for event facilitators.

STUDENT ORGANIZATIONS

For events sponsored by a registered UI Student Organization. Individual students cannot reserve a university classroom. Student Organizations are unable to reserve TILE classrooms.

Exam Scheduling Reservation Information

During Class Midterm Exam Reservations

Double seating room assignments for during class (regular meeting time) midterm exams are requested using the Department Reservation Workflow Form.

Evening Midterm Exam Reservations

Room assignments for evening midterm exams are requested via the MAUI Exam Needs tool and can be requested any time during the semester.

Final Examination Reservations

Room assignments for final exams are requested through the MAUI Exam Needs tool during the submission period and by using the Final Exam Change Request Form after the submission period has closed.

Makeup and Extended Time Exams

Room reservations for makeup and extended time exams that are not being proctored by DOE or SDS can be requested using the Department Reservation Form or by emailing Reg Exams directly.

The Distance and Online Education exams team assists in the development and delivery of proctored online exams. They facilitate an efficient and secure exam process for both instructors and students.
